Prudencio Vargas Saenz created and runs Valle Inca, a 101 farmer cooperative in the Yanatile Valley in the Department of Cusco in southern Peru. Prudencio is known for his honesty, trust worthiness, dedication, and drive to invest and reinvest in his community - genuinely engaging their goals and concerns. We bought this particular lot, produced by Quispe Roque Francisca and Huanca Deuñas Naciano, for it's easy rounded sweetness and top notch drinkability. Farmed at 1700 - 1900 masl, this coffee consists of Bourbon and Typica varietals.
