Tasting Notes: Peach, Orange, Brown Sugar
This is our second year buying from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, and our second year of getting perfectly sorted coffee, beautifully consistent green coffee. Guadalupe's farm is called Guadajey, a combination of the names of her family members. There's something about the naturally occurring yeasts on Guadalupe's farm that makes her parchment coffee smell like juicy peaches - or maybe it's the varietal combination of red and yellow catui. Grown at an elevation of 1230 masl, this cup has a lower acidity, beautiful sweetness, and fantastic balance. Enjoy!
