Las Perlitas is a coffee produced by a community of smallholder farmers in Huila who have difficulty producing large enough quantities of coffee to export on their own as a separated lot. These farms typically range in elevation from 1600 to 2100 masl and focus on growing quality varieties. Much of this particular lot is Pink Bourbon, giving the cup a bright and sweet strawberry lemonade profile that we can't get enough of! The Coffee Quest not only imports this coffee, but created the project and owns the wet mill to ensure quality and processing!
