Another year, another stellar coffee from our friends at Homage Coffee Source. This year's natural coffee offering from Homage comes from the Umuco Washing Station in the Kayanza Province of Burundi. The surrounding community of smallholder farmers contribute coffee to the cooperative, growing red bourbon at an elevation of 1800 - 2200 masl. We're getting a really fun brew with this coffee - black tea body, great depth of sweetness, and if you nail the brew some watermelon and strawberry start showing up. Ideal.
