Honorato is part of a farming community in Oaxaca, Mexico, Guadalupe Miramar, which is informally made up of 15-20 farmers. Within the Santa Maria Yucuhiti municipality, Miramar sits high up on a south/western facing mountain slope. This coffee is primarily made up of Pluma and Bourbon varietals, and is grown at 1700 - 1900 masl (very high for Mexico). Oaxaca coffee rules... it just does. This approachable coffee is still so multi-faceted, with deep red fruits among a well structured cocoa body and mellow, pleasant acidity.
