Perhaps one of our most crushable and approachable coffees of the year - this lot from Pepe Arguello in Chiapas comes in with all the cacao and toasted nut flavors you could ever hope for. Now...don't be fooled. Pepe was last year's COE winner, and when we touched base with him, he told us to track down his award-winning geisha lot. But the hope for this coffee was simply to "build something deeper with the rest of his product." So here's a delicious morning cup from an award-winning genius of a farmer.
