Hailing from Oaxaca, Mexico, this lot from producer Angel Timoteo Castro immediately got our attention on the cupping table. We've been buying coffee from Mexico for just two years, and this year we decided on three coffees - all from Oaxaca! Angel Timoteo produced a coffee with beautifully soft acidity and sweet layered complexity. Here at Jubilee Roasting Co we call that combination crushable. Grown at 1700 - 1900 masl with Pluma and Bourbon varietals, this is a tiny single producer lot of just two bags. So enjoy it while it lasts!
