After another Jubilee staff visit to our friends in Guatemala this spring (newly
renamed Collaborative Origins Imports), we had new relationships to process and many coffees to taste! Don Ramon Solano brought a single varietal caturra to the table which was separated out and processed at Antonio Media's wet mill called Finca La Colina - we loved it! We find the coffee to be both dynamic and approachable, fruity yet structured. We're excited for a new horizon of relationships in Guatemala starting with this great lot!
