This coffee is dedicated to all the kids who grew up somehow thinking it was ok to eat fruity pebbles as a meal. San Miguel produces this anaerobic natural coffee from Tarrazu that hits all of the right fruit-bomb notes for us. What the heck does anaerobic natural mean? Once the coffee is picked the whole cherry is fermented in tanks containing no oxygen! This sort of fermentation makes huge fruited notes in the cup - something we love when it's done right. This yellow catui is grown at 1700 meters and fermented for 62 hours with water. Enjoy the wild ride!
