Sourced from Hacienda Sonora, the farm of Don Alberto, this coffee is semi-low-grown at 1300 MASL, yet offers great sweetness, tons of fruit notes, and a great green apple acidity that is unlike any other natural we have had this year. Through experimental growing of different varietals, Don Alberto has given us a gift of this San Isidro 38 variety from which this coffee gets its name.
