Hailing from the Huila region of Colombia, this coffee is part of an experimental batch of lots in the Gigante village. Mixing two lots, one with a yeast fermentation, the other with a honey processing, this coffee really keeps the sweet honey body, but adds a fermented fruit top note that is as loud as a jet engine on first sip!
